全球Linux人才短缺的深层原因

     在我们国内，Windows人才短缺吗？实际上，存在这种需求，但是，未必短缺。那么，国内缺少Linux人才吗？答案是：不知道。

     去年12月6日，《Linux基金会》联合世界知名“猎头网络（Dice.com）”搞了一项电子问卷调查，共计花了十天时间，结果发现：在全球范围内，Linux专业人才严重短缺（即需求超过供给），引起了业界人士的普遍关注。请见：2月14日，“2012 Linux Jobs Report”（《Linux基金会》发布）

该调查报告的主要结论（或要点）如下：

     1、Linux人才短缺：即“Demand for Linux talent is on the rise, but finding those professionals is difficult.”

     2、吸引或留住Linux人才的成本增高：即“Companies are making significant investments to attract and retain Linux talent.”
